We work from the architecture, target market, anticipated selling price and commercial objectives to establish an interior specification appropriate to the development.
That might mean a highly considered standard specification across several plots, different specification levels for different house types, or a completely bespoke interior for a flagship property.
Where useful, we can develop tiered specification and pricing options, allowing the development team to balance design ambition, buyer expectation and budget before committing to the final package.

Why involve dajon early?
Some of the most expensive interior compromises happen long before cabinetry arrives on site.
Door positions, windows, plumbing, electrical services, ventilation, ceiling details and room dimensions can all influence what is ultimately possible.
Bringing Dajon into the project while plans can still be developed allows us to work with your architect and construction team so the interior and architecture work together — rather than asking the interior to adapt to decisions that have already been fixed.

Design that helps sell the home.
A development is not complete when construction finishes. Ultimately, somebody has to walk through the door and want to live there.
We approach every project from two perspectives: how does it need to work for the developer, and how does it need to feel to the eventual homeowner?
Our aim is to create interiors that feel considered as part of the architecture rather than products that have simply been added to it.
